How would you describe the interview process?
"The interview process was exactly how Amy said it would be when I was going to school at NHI. First, Amy and I had a phone interview and then I was moved forward to a practical interview with the Massage Manager. I was pretty nervous as it was my first interview right out of school.
Everyone who was involved with the interview process was so sweet and helpful, they really helped ease my nerves and would let me know what to expect each step of the way. They answered all my questions and really made the interview process enjoyable."
What is your favorite thing about working for Burke Williams?
"The People! Everyone is so helpful and really want to see you succeed. If you need help with anything, you can literally always find a coworker to help, whether it is a manager or another therapist in the room next door. Everyone was more than willing to answer my newbie questions, help me turnover my room when I was short on time between clients, and more. Also, the clients! Each client I've had has be so sweet and wonderful. They're just happy to be there and on my table."
