A Message From The Founders Of Burke Williams

To Our Valued Guests,

Doing good never happens by accident. It is always intentional and that is why Bill and Theresa Armour, the founders of Burke Williams, created the Blue Heart Warrior Foundation. The mission of this foundation is to provide financial support to  competent and vetted organizations who prevent, rescue, and restore survivors of human trafficking.

When our valued guests receive a treatment at Burke Williams, Burke Williams Spa will donate a percentage of the treatment proceeds to the Blue Heart Warrior Foundation, a Foundation dedicated to the eradication of Human Trafficking.

Our exceptional staff of over 1500 employees are also partners in this mission. 

They are fully engaged and know they play a crucial role in providing our guests with exceptional service and treatments. Their work now takes on additional meaning as they know they are participants in donations to this worthy cause.

Burke Williams, since it’s founding nearly 40 years ago, has been the leader in both elevating the profession of massage as well as bringing professional massage therapy treatments to millions of our California neighbors. Unfortunately, illicit massage is often a front for human trafficking, and we are passionate about using our brand and reputation to do all we can to eradicate this scourge that damages and brings untold pain to countless lives: especially those of young girls and boys.

Simply by being a guest of Burke Williams, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping to rescue and restore the lives of the many that are being trafficked right here, in our state, in our cities and in our communities.

As we continue to learn more about how pervasive human trafficking is, we knew we had to do something. There are an estimated 45 million lives affected by this horrific behavior. In fact, it is the fastest-growing criminal enterprise in the world. We are grateful to use our platform and to partner in this mission with both our guests and employees to do all we can to eradicate this abhorrent practice.
