The world of massage therapy is changing rapidly with more and more people looking to become massage therapists, though many don’t know where to start and we are here to help you on that journey ranging from the qualifications you need to actually finding a job as a massage therapist.
Looking at the first step you need to take when becoming a massage therapist, research massage therapy programs/schools then enroll in one. From there you’ll have to complete the practical requirements (externship hours, practice, etc.) before you can move on to the next step.
After completing all of the coursework and requirements, you can then file for a state license, pay the required fees and complete all licensing requirements. From that point you can begin looking for massage therapy jobs – but where to start?
